How We Work

  • STAGE 1

Stage 1: Let's get to know each other.

We discuss all your requirements and goals; this helps us create a clear scope of the work required to complete the project. Once you make the wise decision to work with us, we will introduce you to your project manager and possibly your design specialist. They may request things from time to time; still, we try not to pester you too much to give you a hands-off experience.

  • STAGE 2

Stage 2: Putting the ideas together

The project planning and concept stage are where we map out the design and put together a concept design from the things we have learnt from you in stage 1. At this point at which we will help you purchase your website's domain name if you don't already have one.

  • STAGE 3

Stage 3: Visual Assets And Content Creation

Website assets are things like images, logos and graphics that you may wish to provide us with unless we are making them for you. We create a unique Google drive folder in the cloud just for you that you will have full access to and can update as the project moves forward.

We will contact you to set up your content interview; this begins with a question form. You provide as much information about your business ready for your consultation with our in-house writer.

  • STAGE 4

    Stage 4: Design And Development

Whilst your content is being created, we will be deep in design construction and making it all come to life. We know you'll be eager, and it's ok if you want a sneaky peek, but it's best you wait, as by then, it's been passed through our team several times and triple checked for all screen sizes. We critique our work brutally before we send it over to you for the first preview, so it's good to be patient at this stage.

  • STAGE 5

Stage 5: Website Preview And Testing

With the content injected into the site and everything triple checked, we are ready to pull back the curtain. Of course, we would love it if every project went smoothly, and there would be nothing left to do but launch the site into the universe. However, there's usually a snag or two left that you will want to make ( this is absolutely normal ). We wait until the end to show you, as you may be looking at it for the very first time, whereas we have seen the website approximately 700+ times.

Your feedback is essential; we encourage you to ask questions and take the time to go through every pixel to make sure you are 100% happy with the design and wording. We request you make a list of edits (if you have any), and we will either advise or action these for you swiftly.

  • STAGE 6

Stage 6: More Eyes On The Design

It's time to get some more eyes on it and test that all the parts are working. There is no harm in checking one last time before launch day.

We ask that you send your website link to a select group of people to get their feedback. It's easy to overthink things, so fresh eyes on the project are always helpful.

  • Launch Day

    LET'S GO!

It's time to launch the website into the world for all to see. There may be things you would like to change in the future, like prices or images on the gallery, and that's why you have us. We will always be here to help you and keep you running as smoothly as possible, and when the time comes to do digital marketing, we can help you with that too.
